At Folkwang, photography in practice and theory has a long and rich history – and once a year, we accept new students to continue this tradition with us. Our whole team welcomes applications from anyone who is fascinated by an artistic and scholarly engagement with photography.

What do we teach in our three photo programs? Who teaches with us? How do the laboratories, studios, and libraries look like? What projects do we plan for the not-so-distant future? We will offer answers to all these questions during our info day: on January 21, 2022, from 2 to 6 pm, online. And here is a schedule for the info day.
